The next ‘GELI doctoral seminar’ will be a double bill.
Joyce De Coninck will present her PhD thesis entitled “CATCH-22 IN THE LAW OF RESPONSIBILITY OF INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS: Systemic Deficiencies in the Responsibility Paradigm of the EU for Unlawful Human Rights Conduct in Integrated Border Management”.
Hester Kroeze will present her PhD thesis entitled "FOR WHOM I LOVE I WANT TO BE KNOWN: FAMILY REUNIFICATION BETWEEN EU CITIZENS AND THIRD-COUNTRY NATIONALS - Addressing Legal Fragmentation in the European Union's Multi-Layered Legal Order".
Each presentation will be followed by an informal discussion.
