All classes for this course are scheduled in a six-week time frame, i.e., from Friday 17 November – 21 December. The first class takes place on 17 November at 1 pm.
To participate in the course, the following is required:
- a good command of the English language,
- a basic insight in marketing management
Some important steps:
- Register on Minerva in the week before the start of the academic year, i.e. September 25, 2017.
- Before the first lecture:
- Obtain the textbook.
- Download the slides from Minerva
- Be present and actively participate in the lectures and seminars
- Regularly check the announcements on Minerva before and during the block.

Evaluation
- Group work: Report and present the solutions to two case studies from the handbook: 50% of grade. Students form groups of 6-8 students and e-mail the group composition to patrick.depelsmacker@uantwerpen.be by 31 October. Group assignments and organisation of group presentation will then be communicated through Minerva.
- Written test, partly multiple choice questions, partly open questions: 50% of grade.
