Wahyu Wijaya


Wahyu WijayaWahyu Wijaya is a PhD student from Indonesia under BOF-developing countries scheme. He joined PainT in November 2014.

At this moment, he is conducting PhD research on the manufacture of biopolymer particles through protein and anionic polysaccharide electrostatic attraction and its potential application in emulsion-based foods, such as liquid, solid gel and foam food emulsions.

His research interests focus on biopolymer particulate fabrication, investigation of the structure-function relationship, its interaction in the food system, its application for improving food technological process and functionality of the food products.
