Hao joined in PaInT group as a PhD student in September 2019. Before that, he got his master’s degree in food engineering at Ocean University of China (OUC), mainly studying the encapsulation properties of zein nanoparticles. Currently, he works on developing novel delivery systems for bioactive ingredients based on proteins and polysaccharides. He is very interested in complexes, emulsions and hydrogels.
