This training gives you the skills to challenge unacceptable behaviours, including those which may have become normalised over time.

Bullying, intimidation, sexual harassment and other inappropriate behaviours contribute to a toxic culture. The impact they have on people can be hugely detrimental – leading to stress, anxiety and mental health problems.

This innovative and award-winning training gives staff the skills to challenge unacceptable behaviours, including those which may have become normalised over time.

The sessions are interactive and just one and a half hour long.

They include:

  • Overcoming fear and paralysis in challenging situations;
  • Using the right words and expressions when challenging behaviours
  • How to tackle ‘micro-inequities’, including eye-rolling, sighing, constant interruptions and unconscious bias.

Registration

The places are limited (max. 12). Please only register if you can actually follow the training.
