Samaya El Hajj Hassan graduated from the Lebanese University with a bachelor of engineering in agricultural sciences and a master’s degree in agricultural economics. She also obtained a master’s degree in environmental and territorial development engineering from a joint master’s program between the Lebanese University and the International Center for Higher Mediterranean Agronomic Studies in Montpellier, France.


Samaya is an early-stage researcher within the FertiCycle project. Her current research is the inclusion of bio-based minerals in the fertilization strategies across Europe.
